YOUR ROLE:
You will be providing service to the client via phone, web and e-mail: receiving requests and finding the solutions to them.
REQUIREMENTS:
-TO SPEAK FRENCH AND ENGLISH
- Any other European language is an advantage (GERMAN/DUTCH)
-To be proactive
-To be customer oriented
-To be a good communicator and be a fast learner
